Fuelled by creativity and a passion for all things culinary, my life revolves around food. My kitchen is my sanctuary, where I can be found whisking up delicious treats! I love experimenting with different flavours, textures and colours to create dishes that not only taste delicious but look delicious. I specialise in baking and desserts and relish the opportunity to let my creativity flow, making beautiful sweet treats.

I have a degree in food and nutrition so I really understand the science behind food, this knowledge really helps when I am developing recipes and also styling dishes. I began my career in the food industry working in product development, working on products from concept to launch. This is where I began to follow food trends; I love experimenting with the latest ingredients and food trends I find on social media.

I have 5 years of hands-on experience as an in-house recipe creator and food stylist for a leading baking brand. I have developed hundreds of recipes and styled them for website, social media, packaging and ecommerce. I absolutely love working on a project from recipe ideation and following it right through to creating a beautiful image.

I have worked on various 'how to' guides, coming up with the tips and tricks and shooting the content to bring the guides to life. This has furthered my experience shooting videos, stills and stop motion.

I also have experience working with a professional/food service team carrying out demonstrations at shows and talking to customers helping to bring products to life.
